How do I place an order?

Can I check the product before paying?

Yes. With cash on delivery you can open the parcel in front of the delivery person and pay only if you're happy.

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka 1–2 days, outside Dhaka 2–4 days. You'll get a tracking code when your parcel ships — use Track Order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad.

What if my product is damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 3 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See our return policy.
